How to obtain guarantee service
If the Troubleshooting Guidelines contained within the Gentleheat User Guide have failed to resolve the issue, then please contact us in order to raise a request for technical product support:
You will need to have your date of purchase and order number to hand when you call us.
We will then arrange for one of our skilled and knowledgeable technicians to make contact with you, in order to discuss the problems you are experiencing. Often this will resolve the issue, however upon occasion it will be necessary for our technicians to refer you to our Guarantee Service Department, in order to return your item for repair.
If we find that we can’t repair your item, we’ll replace it with an item of equivalent specification. If no equivalent product is available we‘ll discuss an alternative settlement with you, and we’ll always do our best to make sure that you’re satisfied with the outcome.
